If this is such a miracle awakening drug, why is Peru so poor?

Perhaps your view needs to be cleansed or detoxified, of course this is not exactly my direct opinion but only a mere speculation. Maybe one should look at this in a different light by not assuming that just because Peru and it's natives tend to live in poverty with very little money or financial resources that they are poor. They might be referring to there vast fortune and riches not on a monetary level but from there ability to live a wealthy life of immense serenity and a deep understanding of love, kindness, and respect for there fellow man.
