Removing thread from nose?

Would some kind person explain what is happening when Sonia pulls the thread from G.One's noise? There is some lovely period piece music playing in the background, and it seems to be referring to some famous scene from Hindi film history. Does anyone know what it is?

I made up my mind that it was to show some kind of bug.
Repeating the "Power Yoga" after Lucifer stopped it looked much like a buggy programm repeating itself.
