Of course there are dogs and cats up in heaven, hence the term "raining cats and dogs"... I know, I know, I won't quit my day job for a stand-up act any time soon...

The four horsemen of the apocalypse come from Heaven...so if horses are in Heaven, dogs and other animals are probably there as well.
