Omitted Death (Spolier)

So we see what becomes of each character.... Dead in some way. However, we didn't see the old lady (Maggie??).

I ever wondered whether she was in the boot of Aaron's car, he seemed to hold his hand out to something/someone - or was that purely to administer the drugs he's presumably taken as a precaution.
