So....Dusty is gay.

He comes off as gay to me. His vocal inflection, the way he walks, etc. Now, he may just be bisexual like Romi, but I have a feeling that their marriage is going to fall apart fast. Neither of them seem to be solid in their sexuality. She's confused and he's in denial (most likely). Cause for alarm.

That's all. See ya

I still don't see it. He seems straight to me. :-/

Neither of them seem to be solid in their sexuality.

And I still say that nobody is. If someone thinks they are solid in their sexuality, they just haven't done enough exploring. Up until about 3 years ago, I would have said I am 100% straight. Now I say that I am about 90% straight. I'm still a virgin, but I watch gay male porn now (though my preference is still lesbian erotica). lol :)

Well Brian, Let's just say that those of us who have been around for many years actually having sex with other people can say with some confidence that I for one am solid in my sexuality. Nothing wrong with being a virgin now. When you are ready, I'm sure you will figure it out for sure.

So you're saying that even an androgynous looking guy, with a smaller body, soft facial features, and long hair, like an "emo" guy, if he was really close to you, still no interest whatsoever? Or what if you were in bed with Joan Jett, and it turned out her plumbing is not what you expected? Would you jump out of bed and run away? I sure would not. That's why I say everybody is bisexual to some degree. It might be a very small degree in some cases, lol.

I too consider myself about 90-95% oriented toward females, but I've had at least one gay semi-experience...I was in a shopping mall and this guy at a kiosk was selling some kind of skin care product, and I was wearing my Ellen Is My Homogirl shirt (I hope Arlan makes those shirts again sometime because I spilled a lot of ink on that one and I lost both my Shane shirts while moving), and he was holding my hand and filing my nail, in what seemed like a gay manner, and talking to me in what seemed like a flirtatious tone of voice, and surprisingly, I was not disgusted by this, in fact it was quite erotic, much like when it's a cold day and a beautiful woman gets out of a warm car and accidentally touches my hand. Same feeling. I've never had any romantic feelings toward men, but it would be disingenuous in my case to say that I've never had sexual attraction toward anyone who has male organs. You don't have to actually have sex with someone to feel sexual attraction to people. :-)

Maybe my virginity makes me more open minded about it. And of course I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. In my case it's all hypothetical and academic since it is probably never going to happen for me....

But I totally agree with your sig "to each their own opinion" :-)

Agree, agree, agree. He has been trying to get a musical career going and I suspect he is using Romi for her exposure. He is sooo gay.

Well, Brian, come back in 20 years and a few more sexual partners. Then let me know if you still feel the same way, and I'll tell you whether or not I agree with you. By the way, I really respect your decision to explore your sexuality as slowly as you like. There's no hurry :)

lol What would you do if they had a baby together? That is to say, if he made her pregnant?

I obviously don't see anything wrong with being gay, but I only contend against it because you are using this theory to claim that Romi's marriage is not valid or genuine. :-O

Speaking as the unofficial Team Romi, while I haven't seen Season 3 yet, I would suggest that Romi was trying to escape some dark aspects of her past, and Dusty was probably there for her, and the relationship grew from there. Kelsey, the girl who refused to quit drinking for Romi, certainly wasn't there for Romi.

I support the marriage of Whitney and Sara as much as I support that of Romi and Dusty. I just hope that Whitney is really able to settle down at this time in her life, and not hurt Sara. :)
