lipstick lesbians

as with the L word, all the women in this show are very good looking, in shape, and feminine, except for the tattoos. I would rather see a show showing the diversity of age and looks in the lesbian community. Just go to Provincetown to see the diversity in the lesbian community.

I think the quote goes something like, "it's reality tv. you didn't really expect it to be real did you? you want realism watch a real documentary."

Honestly though, most reality shows are only going to put on attractive people. They need ratings and lesbians aren't the only demographic they have to appeal to. They obviously want to appeal to the red blooded white male demographic or they probably wouldn't have gotten as "racy" as they are now. what you're asking for isn't what networks thinks sell.

What they said^. Also, I wouldn't really call Kyomi a lipstick lesbian. Last season, they had a larger stature black woman, I tried to find her name on the credits but I didn't see it. She was the farthest thing from a lipstick lesbian. She dated a very beautiful woman, Chanel maybe? They do show a little diversity on the show, just not the entire spectrum. Kori and Casey vs. Whitney and Sara.

To each their own...opinion

So, you're entertained by watching the daily lives of fat, ugly people? Why would you need a TV show for that? lol.

It's not actually a documentary, it's just entertainment. Chaiken already did her more serious lesbian art piece -- The L Word. This is The Real L Word, and is just entertainment. :)
