Who plays ex-criminal Leon?

I'm really confused... I thought the character of Leon looked familiar, so I checked out the complete cast list for this film, and two separate actors are listed as playing the character: James McGowan and Graham Abbey. So---what's going on?

It was clearly Graham Abbey. Maybe someone confused him with co-star James McGowan on The Border when writing the closing credits, and nobody in production caught it. It now says "credit only" for McGowan, and "uncredited" for Abbey.
