Erik, an interrogator, is forced to return to his home village to solve a murder mystery in which everyone seems to be involved. Soon, Erik is in conflict with Torsten, the local policeman. Torsten is not very supportive of Erik and his job and has, for some personal reasons, already arrested a suspect. Eric takes great risks when he starts digging where he is not wanted.
