Is the DVD widescreen?

I have this show on my DVR from when it first aired on HBO. I'm looking for the DVD, but Amazon lists the DVD as being standard (1.33:1) format instead of the widescreen (1.78:1) format that's on my DVR. Is the Amazon listing correct or a typo?

I have this DVD release and i can confirm Yes, the disc is in widescreen.
