Disappointed

I am colombian myself, I usually like movies from my country, but I am really disappointed about this movie : why ?
1. it was pointless, the scene with the guy masturbating.
2. I wanted this yo finish, it was too slow.
3. The Liutenant role was unknown or pointless.
4. Why taking jorge all around, why not killing him right when he was talking to the other taxi driver.
