The song is called "Drift". Thomas Dekker wrote the song for the end credits of the film at the request of the director.

He's a talented boy. Not a big fan of the movie, but he is really good in it. He has a very nice empathetic quality, which is pretty rare.

The name of the song is Drift, and it's written and performed by Thomas Dekker, the lead in the film!
