I'm not sure which is worse....

The fact that this movie had a director, or the incompetency of the local doctor and orphanage.

Strong enough to rip heads and arms off with their bare hands but over powered by some chick who never showed greater than normal power before hand, when threatened with a knife that was for some reason laying in a puddle they revert to dorky tattle tales who are only so eager to talk instead of overpower.

She's smashing the trucker's head with the metal tube thing but for some reason there is no blood or gore on the bludgeon and there is on her face and the teddy bear hanging from the mirror :|
