An Interesting Failure

Kind of an odd situation where the MIDDLE part of the movie is the best part (from the truck ride to the first fifteen minutes in the warehouse).

Spends a good amount of time with the lead character and developing her back story, while the supporting friends are given little focus at all.

The ending reveal made sense considering how fast and furious the critters were attacking, yet Amber never seemed to have trouble fighting back or getting away (whereas all of her friends seemed to be swooped away at rapid fire speed)

Agree that in the mid section everything was shot so quickly and cutaway/edited so rapidly that it all seemed like very shaky camera work. Thought the idea of a hunting ground for new creatures in an abandoned warehouse was very good, but then the reveal of a whole horde of them vying for half a dozen victims didn't make sense. Also, all of the time when spent running away and not trying to fight back (not that it seemed it was a fair fight with much of a chance). And there was that lame seque where Amber 'held a creature hostage with a knife' and got all of the backstory. That was silly.

Not a bad movie to pass ninety minutes or so of time though.
