I agree that it is almost a complete copy of Phone booth and i was very irritated with this but when i was done with watching the movie i stood up clapping from my seat !, its very well made and the plot has a great social significance also

by the way it also has a sequence copied from 'the bourne ultimatum' where sanjay dutt fights with a bald guy in the climax

It's one of the few rip-off films that I've seen that I believe was actually stronger than the original. Definitely worth checking out.

Most of the first half is a straight rip-off of "Phone Booth." Afterward, it's a pretty original, laughably and obscenely stupid bit of psuedo-patriotic garbage.
