Cannot get past the "film maker"
This guy is so pretentious and passive-aggressive, it is hard to take this film seriously. Yes, we need to do more study on fracking, and the gas industry was wild west several years ago, but it just seems like this is an "agenda" driven narrative. In the film he acts so meek and "I am just a poor boy who wants to save mommy and daddy's farm from the evil rich white guys". Then I saw him on Bill Maher a year later plugging the 2nd film, and he was EXTREMELY aggressive with the panel, as if the success of this film somehow made him an authority, much like what happened to Michael Moore. I guess it is true that over time you can really learn to buy your own bullsh*t.
