I felt Jeff Beck's version of 'A Day if the Life' was awe-inspiring.

Great show overall and she is a great bassist!

Harmonica: An ancient race.

Thank you for that. I saw her in one of the Clapton Crossroads live shows and had been asking various others if they knew of her. It's not as if even seeing her name, one could say "oh, that must be her" by her handle.

Jeff Beck's version of "A Day if the Life" was probably the best part of the entire 4-hour show. Once I realized what Jeff was playing, I just leaned back and closed my eyes. "Awe-inspiring" is an understatement and a great disservice to how beautiful and phenomenal this piece was. Not that I'm trying to insult you by saying that, the music was just on another level that I doubt words could adequately describe how incredible it was. Only hearing it can you really appreciate it's worth.

Anyhow, I came to this thread because I was curious about the girl, too. She seemed like she was 17. But she must know her stuff or they wouldn't have put her on such an important show like the rock and roll hall of fame anniversary concert

Jeff Beck also does a spectacular version of it in an intimate setting on the DVD/Blu Ray 'Performing This Week: Live at Ronnie Scott's'.

That original piece by The Beatles will live forever. Jeff Beck's instrumental version shows the pure genius behind their work. Really wonderful stuff.

actually she would have been about 22 or 23. A bass prodigy apparently.
