More is better

I just started watching Coliandro.

I'm enjoying the first episode. However, it's obvious that the writers or director think that more is better when it comes to violence.

None of the excruciating torture scenes you sometimes see on American TV, where a police drama uses suspense to build tension.

Nope. Here, when someone shoots up a room, there are always at least several dead bodies. When there's a drive-by shooting, make it big! Knock off a dozen assorted casual passers-by.

Just sayin'. I noticed this right away. Who wouldn't?
