Excellent movie, but if I was Wade and Deaner wanted me to not give the goalie pads to his daughter because he wanted to. I would tell him,
" paying dad trumps real dad who hasn't paid no child support....ever. And that was my money you used to get out to Fort Mac. Since you lost your job I guess I'm not getting that back. I'm giving her the pads you *beep* loser."
