The kid
Good film. But i hated the kid
shareHe was the least of this film's problems. I felt sorry for him. His mother was very negligent. His only salvation was his grandmother and her partner. At least they gave him some love and comfort.
The film had a weak story. None of the characters, aside from the grandmothers, were likable. And the ending was dumb (and cruel).
I love Pascale Bussières, but she was wasted in this mediocre film.

I'm pretty sure he was intended to be unlikable. I mean, aside from his penchant for spying on naked men (and running like a girl, I might add), he killed his father, poisoned the family dairy cows and probably killed his brother or least did nothing to save him. He killed anyone or thing that came between him and his mother. One sick little puppy, I'd say.
