Fortunato aka Rush Lumbaugh

I couldn't help feel the character of Fortunato was a riff on Rush Lumbaugh. The character's on air personae was clownish but effective in motivating his audience to his point of view, despite its distortion. Hopefully Rush isn't implicated with any corrupt organization, as was Fortunato ,but the blarney he shills is comparable.
