What I love most about this show

Obviously all scenes take place in the diner. Everything is just a conversation between two or three people. But they are SO descriptive, and their telling of the details is so powerful. After each episode, I have to REMIND myself that it only took place in the diner. You feel like you really SAW their tasks, but you didn't. They were in the diner the entire time. It says volumes about the writing. I think here and there the acting is a bit over the top and the people start to feel less real, but overall a really great, creative, and captivating show.

I know how you mean. When they sit down and start to talk I keep thinking they're going to go to a cut scene and then they just talk. But im like that's ok, I know exactly what happened.

Precisely my viewpoint on it.

However, i think the acting is great.

You really get a creepy feeling about the little old lady after the Boston Marathon fiasco.
