Can't believe this got three seasons on a major network

I'm midway through the second and it's bad. I remember it being watchable, although I never stayed interested enough to finish the first season.

Stephen King, interesting concept, lot of promotion . . I watched a season and a half on pure hope but it was just so absurdly stupid.

It was originally pinned to be one season on Showtime. The ratings were so good early on that that show was extended before they even had any ideas where to take it.
