Scrubs and wedges?

How stupid was that outfit they had Callie in? No one would wear scrubs with wedges.

You'd be surprised what nurses wear.

But you're right they don't wear wedges...I've seen lots of them wear Crocs or sneakers.

reply

I'm a nurse, that's why I said that she wouldn't wear that. No one who has to spend 12 hours on their feet would wear that.

reply

Maybe she should get some Crocs wedges. No joke: http://www.crocs.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-crocs_us-Site/default/S earch-Show?q=a-leigh%20wedges

I do not have attention deficit disor...Ooh, look at the bunny!

I like those Croc wedges TimmyAnn!!

Crocs are comfortable and I bet those wedges are too!

Wouldn't hurt for me to wear them ...I'm shorter than Kiele...somebody said she was 5'2...I'm 5'1!

I just got a pair of these in "citrus/hot pink", click the last color option to see what they look like: http://www.crocs.com/crocs-womens-hover-boat/12060,default,pd.html?cid =15L&cgid=hover-collection

Those look comfortable TimmyAnn!

We have a Croc store in the mall ...I need to go check it out for those shoes!

They should take better care not to show her feet.

Same thought occurred to me. Like, really, that's the footwear you'll be wearing to work?!

Couldn't you do something less drastic than sleeping with her? Couldn't you just kill her?

reply

BSQ, if she's wearing the wedges 'to work' there is no necessity for her to wear them 'at work'; when I was in helicopter maintenance, I wore different shoes to travel to work than while on the shop floor, and if you ever see women traveling to offices, especially in Manhattan, they travel in sneakers and walking shoes and change to heels at work.

Now, if she was wearing them at work on a 12 hr shift, etc., that could be argued.

BOHICA America!

Exactly. And I'm one of them (well, I pick flats over sneakers but I digress). But even with that logic, it still doesn't make sense that she's wearing wedges. How many women do you know who commute in wedge heels only to change into their comfortable shoes once they get to work? Why wear heels only to change into your nursing shoes later? And I don't know one single nurse who would work in wedge heels no matter how comfortable the shoe might be.

It just didn't -- and still doesn't -- make sense to me either way.
