Also does anyone know if it will be the same characters in season 2 or a new bunch? Hope it's the same ones!
shareYes, Season 2 has been confirmed by Jordan Rodrigues (Christian). He said that the script writers are in the processes of writing Season 2 and filming will begin late July/early August...i assume that all the original actors will be returning

The good news is filming started January 31st, 2011 which means they'll be aiming for last years air schedule, which means somewhere around May 31st is when season two should start airing. It also says there's 2 new cast members joining (more info at below link).

The bad news? Alicia Banit is not mentioned as a returning cast member which means she's either out completely or only shown in a few episodes (not a big surprise since her char flunked out at the end of season 1, but then again she's Tara's best friend so she probably will need to put in an appearance or two throughout season 2).
Alicia Banit is definitley 100% returning. Trust me.

shareOk so does anyone actually know when this starts airing? Network says it's not airing right now, but the dance academy website says season 2 now available but links to something in another language that I have no idea what it says. Surely somebody somewhere knows when this will hit the air?
