Coming to TeenNick

Is it any good?

reply

Yeah it's really good.

Some critical people may trash the acting but I find that's almost universal for a teen/tween oriented show. Especially ones that are imported.

The show is a absolute gem, with a great cast and excellent direction. The stories are cliche to be sure but it's done in a way to make it seem fresh.

The filming is absolutley gorgeous, I mean Syndey Opera House? Need I say more?

"Need I say more? "

(((g))) the whole area, not only the opera house... .

except that: i totally agree! (i must wait until somewhen in summer....)

Reaction on Twitter was pretty mixed. But I find this expected for a show with zero established American stars and no built in fanbase (outside of Aussies)

I do hope skeptical viewers will at least stick around for the 2nd episode. In my opinion the 2nd episode where the series really gets going.

That's Awesome! I've seen DA online in 2010 when Someone from the Make it or Break it boards mentioned it. Checked it out and fell in LOVE. Now I'm Impatiently waiting for Season 2.

My main worry is that TeenNick will be censoring things that they think won't translate to the US audience therefore making it bit less the authentic show I fell in love with.

It's also on Netflix

Been watching that too, it's nice with no commercials!

I watched it on Netflix as well. I love it!

I was so bummed when I found out Season 2 isn't available to watch yet. I love dance shows.
