I was fast forwarding through this episode (don't know why even bother to do that) and there was scene at the end, zombie's walking to some sort no-name disco tune - was it some sort of Thriller homage?
Also - I liked this show. Really. But now I just can't stand it. I mean, is there even a point in Isles character? She is just a backgroung extra
Isles is an all-star in a star-studded lineup, in the prime of her life suddenly strickened; a Lou Gehrig who inexplicably makes mistakes here and there.
Since this show has been about Jane Rizzoli and Maura Isles, and their relationships in and out of the precinct, one suspects the show want to go out in its final season exploring how deep that relationship is.
When Jane went into the water, we saw how affected Maura was. When Jane learns of Maura's plight, we'll see how affected Jane will be, when she also will be powerless and helpless.
