DVD box set disingenuous "The Complete Collection"

I only buy box sets when they are complete, I also check on IMDB to make sure they have stopped making the show before I buy.

How disingenuous of Discovery channel to produce a box set that says "Complete Collection" when there are only 11 out of 13 seasons in the box.
