Then I watched the Audi Quattro episode where Mike clearly lies about the amount the car he purchased was advertised for. I can only guess it was to make his negotiations seem a little bit (£600) more effective.
What exactly was the point of lying? They make a loss quite regularly and no one cares, it's just interesting to see the cars and how they nurse them back to health.
You don't need to lie to boost your wheeler dealer reputation Mike.
Now I just think you suck, all the figures, swaps, details are nonsense and Ed does 99% of the work. In fact the premise of the show would work better if Ed bought the cars too, he wouldn't be buying half these donkeys that need major work and some money might be made.
