Did you think it was woke at all?

It looks like a hit, regardless.

Who gives a shit if it was woke? I'm fed up of hearing that, to be honest.

reply

same here. i guess because she had a black boyfriend. who gives a shit at this point.

reply

No...

Take your stupid woke comments and shove them up your fucking ass.

Every fucking movie these days has some absolute moron bitching about some sort of imagined "woke" bullshit. Yeah, there were black people in this movie. Oh, the horror, huh? Must have traumatized your dumb ass to have to see people darker than you in a movie. Probably gave you nightmares, didn't it? Bring back the days when John Wayne played Genghis Khan because we cannot allow people who aren't white to act in movies. That would be a bridge too far.

This constant bitching about "woke" shit is clearly an agenda run by tiny dicked incels who sit around beating off to failed screenwriter turned far right-wing dipshit Ben Shapiro, and no one else. Take this fucking garbage and shove it up your ass. So tired of hearing about this fucking shit.

reply

Yeah. They're as obnoxious as the SJW persecution-pretending snowflakes that they're bitching about. Stupid extremist groupthink on all ends.

the lil mermaid is now black

The interracial couple
The mixed race people in prominent positions of authority, the cop , Rose's boss
The sisters also in an interracial relationship, with black , mixed race and Japanese friends at the kids party

So yes it most certainly ticked the woke boxes !

"The sisters also in an interracial relationship, with black , mixed race and Japanese friends at the kids party"

FYI, depending on what part of the country one is from, this is not woke, it's common ๐Ÿ™‚

Edit: Actually, in rereading your entire comment, none of this is "woke", it's just all a very common depiction of life.

Hollywood woke agenda life *

reply

Yeah...now that I think about it...I think you are right about the casting. The kids party was kind of a weird assortment of people wasn't it?

reply

Despite the woke box ticking I enjoyed the movie

reply

STFU with your "woke" nonsense. This is just another lame iteration of "political correctness."
