Just go to where the package was getting delivered and wait for him? You know exactly where it's going and what time it's supposed to get there, so why all the cat and mouse BS? It's not like he needed to worry about the attention since the residents clearly turn a blind eye when he has JGL cornered. Had he not been chasing him the entire film, the bike Calvary would have never been called to help, and he would have had the kid all to himself. Game over.

I understand this would eliminate the need for such a stupid movie, but come on.
