This reminds me of all the talk that surrounded "Intimacy" with Mark Rylance a number of years ago, in which the actors admitted having sex during filming (though not sure anybody ever knew if that was a publicity stunt or the truth).
It was interesting to read interview with these actors about the intimate scenes. Not sure what really happened; they were being a bit cagey in interviews.
But it is rare for a man to be shown completely, especially aroused. If indeed it was the case, and they did not use one of those film "stunt doubles" [fake penises] that often are used when men do scenes of frontal nudity.
But it looked real didn't it. Both his aroused condition on several occasions, as well as the member itself. The scenes passed by quickly, but it appeared real; and not sure how make-up could have contrived something fake for him that would have worked in scenes where he was moving about so much.
I have heard actors joke that when they agree to do those kinds of scenes with a fake, stunt double penis on film, they insist on a very large one from the make-up department.
That crossed my mind for a moment in those particular revealing scenes. I wondered if the Ishai had opted to choose his own "size." Because when clothed he does not appear particularly noteworthy........LOL!!
