Scott Kane is a man with a checkered past. When his son falls ill and treatment seems out of reach, Kane finds his only option is to turn to Daniel Morgan, the local kingpin of the criminal underworld. When Morgan sends Kane on a mission, the desperate father finds himself double-crossed. With both the FBI and police hot on his trail, Kane must utilize all his deadly skills to save his family and himself before time runs out.
