Cat sound in every episode?

Has anyone else noticed that there is a screeching cat sound in many (maybe all?) of the episodes? An example of it is season 4, episode 13 - Maritime Murder. If you go to 1:31, as a plane is landing you will hear it. I noticed it while the show was on in the background one day....and then kept noticing at the most random
moments.....super weird.
