Making Angela have no value other than her appearance

This character really did nothing. It seems the only value she had during the entire movie was to be a pretty person who all the male characters got to externalize their thoughts and fantasies on. Even down to Dallas' "you're just a scared little girl" speech? How did he even come to that conclusion? Her character had absolutely no personality other than male characters wanting to sleep/be with her. Take away her looks and she would be out of that house after the will was read.

No personality whatsoever. I really didn't buy that every man would fall at her feet like that. Also, they kept telling us she was remarkably beautiful, but what I saw was a moderately pretty woman who was incredibly dull and possessed negative charisma. I just finished the movie and I'm already not even sure what she looked like.
