The actors are mostly decent, Summer Glau is gorgeous, and the premise is silly fun.

CGI is pretty bad, and there are really no "sets" to speak of.

Go in knowing that, pour yourself a couple cocktails... And then when it's over, watch your Main Feature for the evening. It's instantly forgettable.

The problem is, I didn't go into it expecting that. I expected something like Your Highness, but with LARPers. It totally lost me when it turned into a campy B-movie monster flick. When it became that, all I could think was "How in the world did they get this cast?"
