reply

Thanks for what? Writing *SPOILER* in big letters in the threat title? Douchebag.

reply

Why would you even look at a topic that has spoilers in the title if had not seen it yet??? So I say that makes you a dumbass for looking!!

reply

I cried throughout the movie it was so bad

reply

HAHAH same!

reply

yes I cried too, ending was too sad...Didn't think Goody would die... Hilarious movie by the way! I found it really funny and liked the small Clueless-references..

reply

Yes! I found the ending surprisingly touching. I felt overwhelmed with emotion, but no I did not cry.

reply

yes- i did! i thought this was a fun sweet film. there were a couple of times when i had the sniffles...who knew richard lewis could act? the scene with him bringing his wife cannoli in the hospital killed me! and at the end when goodie sees her children as infants before her final moments was pretty touching too!
so, its not a 10 star film, its fun, it doesn't take itself seriously, i like that.

reply

I felt the emotion of the moment but it was a happy type of sad for me. It really made the movie in some ways, because it was nostalgic and it was a really genuine scene.

reply

I cannot believe ANYONE could cry over ending of Vamps, it was a horrible movie (except for Malcolm McDowell who prevented it from making it the WORST movie ever made). The one thing I cry over, is realizing that 19 years ago, I the hots for Alicia Silverstone, because the more I watch her films, the more I realize she is a brutal actress who never grew up, and just got older and uglier as time went by.

reply

That's an astonishingly nasty statement.

Just to restore some balance, I'll chime in: I thought it was a goofy, beautiful, poignant film. The ending made all the flaws forgivable, and turned it into something really special.

Some people will always be 'Blind to the magic, And deaf to the melody'.

reply

The scene reminds me of the 3rd The Librarian movie, where Stana Katic playes the sweet and loving vampire Simone, who also choose to die at the end, because she has seen it all, as she calls it.

reply

A bit yeah. Loved Goody. Totally related to her a bit
