country music artist in the bar scene?

I believe in the first bar seen, the camera pans to the side when mac is in the bar, and we see a shadowy outline figure of a man.

Was it me or did this not look an awful lot like country music singer jamey johnson?

I would loved to freeze frame the shot, but totally looks like him sitting there.
