I find the Israeli reaction to non-violent protests sickening...

Israeli and right wing American leaders have consistently responded to all reports of a non-violent protest movements by the Palestinians against the violence occupation that any protest movement that protests Israeli actions and policy, is inherently violent, and therefore cannot ever be considered non-violent.
Because OF COURSE, if you don't like Israel's monstrous, anti-human behavior, apparently that means you want to wipe her off the face of the earth. This is their sad, vicious, black and white view of the world.
This is the type of non-logic they use to thinly hide their violently fascist, viciously racist, neo-fascist ideals - and it's the type of obviously dishonest nonsense, so poorly hiding such obvious right wing extremism, that right wing America gobbles up with glee.
It's one of the central reasons why sane friends of Israel and Palestinians, ie those who care about humanity regardless of religious and political affiliation, despair over the fate of the people of Israel and their neighbors, and fear the ultimate fate of Israel. They are destroying themselves from inside, with this right wing extremism. They showed their hand during the Arab Spring by profering overt support and preference for the dictatorships of the area, reasoning that Arabs are not due things like freedom and democracy because apparently they're too savage; too cockroach-like.
These right wing fanatics in Israel and America are no better than the worst of Hamas: they want no peace.
They profit but economically and politically from violence, hate and unrest.
Absolutely sickening.

Agreed.

It was painful to watch Israeli soldiers beating innocent women. The soldiers were brutal despicable cowards.
