If The Hurt Locker didn't nominate and won for Best Picture at the Oscar

If The Hurt Locker didn't nominate and won for Best Picture at the Oscars and there are only 9 films that are competing for that category, then who do you think gonna win for Best Picture? For me, I'll choose District 9 because the storyline of that movie are better and more original than Avatar as to compared to Hurt Locker.
