MMa went mainstream already wright?

It;s not quite like boxing yet or fotball, but it's up there with them almost; the only advantage for those sports is they have a bit of history behind them.
My point is this, mma went mainstream already, then why are mma fighters still doing these bad movies. I don;t think there has been one that didn't have this day time sopa opera look to it (as far as fight movies go); the only thing i can think of is that fighters aren't getting payd well enough yet and have to get into other things if the oportunity presents itself.
Fighters that have played in movies thus far, have all been at the top of the food chain in mma so there is no argument that they are not high profile enough to make up for the fact that they can't act, the only reason for it the first place (them starring in a movie) is that they are high profile fighters, is not like the director had to capture those acting skills on camera no matter what they were so good. If that is the reason, why not play in a good movie, or at least acceptable. Maybe Hollywood is not yet ready to take a chance with them yet, that is unlikely thou; the number of big budget movies that suck about the same with small bugdet movies that suck. so what?

Rampage is in The A-Team
Randy Couture is in The Expendables

So it's starting to get there

Yap I know, but i was talking about actual fight movies, not action movies. Not seen those u mentioned yet, I hope they are good but still I'm not getting my hopes up so I can enjoy them fully:); I suspect they will be "Transporter" type fliks, action packed, full of adrenaline and unassuming.
