Good acting, but disappointing story

I have to admit that I thought the film would take a fresh a spin on the typical Lolita storyline. I was disappointed to find that it fell into the typical cliche. It's a shame because I thought the acting was good overall and Findlay was surprising likable throughout most of the film.
