Thumbs up from Austin audiences

I saw the movie at the Austin Film Festival, where it won the Audience Award. (woop, woop!) It's a light-hearted insidery spoof on the hoops one has to jump through in Hollywood. Mostly though it's a movie about funny dudes who don't take themselves too seriously. I've liked Dax Shepard since his Punk'd days and he uses some of his great physical comedy skills here. He plays a cocky, delusional boob version of himself and is completely comfortable being the butt of all the jokes. Special shout-out to his straight man Nate Tuck whose earnest performance tempers the broad humor. Lots of dick jokes, but at its heart a sweet buddy movie.
