To add to the one-sentence "plot," the bad acting, editing and music, I couldn't tell the Jennifer ghost from the dead sister. One skinny blonde had both raccoon eyes showing and the other skinny blonde only had one raccoon eye showing?

Does anyone know why that girl was sitting in a kitchen sink full of blood?

Did I miss the part where they explained how Little Emily Ghost and Sleazy Fatguy Ghost also happened to live there?

Once upon a time I would have appreciated this movie, but it was several decades ago, when I would have been watching it stoned out of my gourd.
I miss that sometimes.

I actually had to create an account here just so I could vent about how bad this movie was... it was THAT. BAD.
Julianne Michelle was awful... just AWFUL. She does this ridiculously fake "scared" acting with her bottom lip quivering like a jackhammer. I seriously wanted yto punch her in the face. She looks like a duck.
Rebecca DeMornay was so bad, FEDS went down a notch just because the two movies share her being in them both.
Mischa Barton had the acting skills of a rock. Her sister dies, and she asks the boyfriend: "So. What happened?" ...like no big deal. She sees her sister's ghost and 10 seconds later is again like nothing happened.
Seriously, why even bother making a movie this bad???
This was actually the second worst movie I've ever seen, the first being "2012: Ice Age". If you really want to see a movie SO BAD it will actually make your anus bleed a little, watch that that one.

Did I miss the part where they explained how Little Emily Ghost and Sleazy Fatguy Ghost also happened to live there?

At the end of the movie, Lara vaguely mentions how Jennifer Logan and her mother were killing people that lived on that floor. It's easy to miss, because by this time you've either turned the movie off, or you just don't give a crap-ssA about it.
