The acting was good by most, some people said much better than good by DeMornay and Michelle and I agree. I like Diehl too and the little girl. You guys have nothing to do cept be negative?
shareThe actors could have been easily replaced by empty shoe boxes and still retain the emotional range of that which was present. I feel as though you had a hand in making this movie to want people to like it so much . It is absolute *beep* I was ready to claw at my eyes while running down the street and scream for Jesus .

It wasn't the worst movie I've ever seen. I think its biggest failing was that the ghost looked about as scary as a hung over sorority girl.

Seriously this felt like a film made by 16 yo kids with their friends for fun. Except that the actors are adults

Apartment 1303 is literally shot like a cheap soft porn thriller
I'm surprised it got released. I'm gonna go watch Sharknado now. I am positive it will be way better than this, and certainly more fun

"Real Critics"!? What real critics? I just checked Rotten Tomatoes. Four reviews, two from "Top Critics", all solidly negative "F", "1/5" etc. This turkey clearly did not get much coverage from "real critics" in anything one can call reality.
Here's the four "real critics" from RT.
