One decent 3D gag which is probably hilarious in a cinema but not so much on 3D tv.

Yeah, so disappointed in this especially with Yuzna at the helm. Even if it was cheesy, I figured the production values would be decent. Man, how I was dead wrong. Honestly it looked like they spent all their money on the creature(water scorpion is what it looked like to me done fairly well) and just hired guys standing around the studio and on location for "actors". If they were going for the 1980s "feel" to this flick they should have added more nudity and comedy relief. I would have rather them gone for the creature feature aspect rather than all the garbage leading to the battle with the monster.
