Lets be honest, this just looks like the typical film to get dumped right before all the big stuff comes out around Christmas. A generic Rom-Com/Drama that nobody seems intrested in it, so FilmDistirct is dumping it in hopes to make whatever money they can make off of it while they can.

I agree with you, OP. Just by watching the trailer, it seems like the movie could have been a Garry Marshall film. Doesn't look that good at all. Just another mediocre romantic comedy for the month of December.

No. For a few reasons:
I'm not big on Rom Com's to begin with.
GB is once again wasted in another Rom Com; he's not even trying anymore
I realize that JB and GB are not that far apart in age, but he looks alot older than her in the ads and they look kind of strange together; not an appealing couple. Ditto to Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Coooper in their new film.

but u know wat? it wuz terrific! i had a grate journey watchin movie while imaginin myself as da gerard character and encounterin all those bootiful women.
da movie had heart and light humor. wat made me go see it is after readin some reviewz sayin its misogynistic...i alwayz watch these typez of movie ala james bond. i dont see it bein dis at all bec in real life, dis is purdy much how it goes - all da gurlz flock 2 da good lookin guy and women just wanna live off da guy's wallet. case closed.

I saw it today, and would give it a 7 out of 10. I honestly liked it better than Ugly Truth and Bounty Hunter. I thought Gerard was charming, and that was what he got paid to be!
shareyeh i wudnt even compare it wid other 2. dis movie is mo a comin of age story than a typical rom com. ugly troof wuz kinda unbearable wid da datin rulez and stuph and not really a story there but i luv heigl and her kickarse bod. bounty hunter is not really watchable 4 me and i totally 4got wat dat wuz bout. im not really a fan of aniston and believe her last good moie wuz da good gurl.
if i wud compare, i say dis is similar in quality wid dat movie wid heigl and da vegas guy. they both involve raisin a kid and have a kind of quality 2 it. however dat movie is a bit better than dis 1 tho dis 1 is grate as well.
