Fans of San Diego Comic Con should be on the look-out for the fetching and fascinating Doppelganger Twins who will be cruising the grounds with special giveaways and invites in advance of a midnight screening of Recreator--time and location to be announced. No, it won't be a science lab, but that's not a bad idea.
sharewhat a waste of a great location and a great looking film. i really really wanted to like it, but to much was wrong with it. and if the actress doesnt want to do nude scenes GET ANOTHER ONE! it takes you out of the movie every time unnatural things happen. the three of them are sitting in the chairs nude yet the female replicant is making an every effort to cover her breast like a shy and/or ashamed. yet her character is supposed to be fearless, unihibited, and focused. i could understand the human version of her doing this, but not the replicant. its the same in other movies that have a stripper that never strips, but dances in outfits. or couples that just had sex and the female pulls the sheets up over her breasts while the couple talks. all of this is unnatural. so next time cut the scene or get a different actress.
shareits not like shes such a great actress cause she was kinda annoying. that scene really bothered me. im sure u couldve found a much better actress willing to play to what the part needed. sorry 4 the dp, but next get naked or get out. or dont write a scene where people need 2 b naked.
shareI'm debating with myself on this one. I have so many decent films that i never seem to get the time to watch, that i've started to get very picky. The premise of this movie really interest me & i know what you mean about some actresses that seem to have problems doing nude scenes in straight (not porn) movies, but APART from that, would it be worth my time, in your opinion?
