Who's a clone and who's not?

Hey.

I watched this move just recently and it interested me, because the end isn't as cliche as one would expect; good beats evil and they all live happily ever after.

But I was confused at the end. When Tracy calls Craig at his father's shop, she says their secret word; Marco. He hangs up and you can see a little smirk in the corner of his mouth. But back in the last battle scene between Craig and Clone Craig, the secret word is answered perfectly.

Thus, my question: Is Craig the real one and likes Clone Tracy because, well... She's with him or is he Clone Craig?

I prolly missed the crucial plot twist somewhere. But I much appreciate the replies.

Cheers.

He is real Craig. I even think he knew that was Clone Tracy by the way she looked at him and kissed him at the lake, but he thought Real Tracy was dead so he could move on with that. And then Real Tracy's still survive and calls him. That shows how evil and selfish he is by not answering the phone coz he chooses Clone Tracy who loves him more.

Hello.

So hmm... He just stayed with Clone Tracy because she actually likes him for who he is and what he does, unlike the real Tracy.
In the end, as much as Craig tried to convince himself he was nothing like his clone... The cloned apple didn't fall far from the tree, huh?

I really like this movie, though. Thank you very much for your reply.

Hello.

Hm, I've checked the trailer. I do agree it doesn't look as cliche as all the other Bermuda Triangle themed movies. I'll give it a gander, thanks for the suggestion.

But are we sure it was the real Craig at the end because the one that got killed new the code which makes things even more confusing because if it was the clone how did he know the code?

I liked Clone Tracy more than real Tracy and i thought this was a pretty good movie

Hi Shiro - Your first thought is the right one. Glad you liked the movie. We're working on the sequel in 2014. Happy Holidays, Greg

You are making a sequel? I can't wait

Great to hear a sequel is in the works. I liked the movie.

I loved the film, alot better than the BS reboots. The actors/ress were good. Would love a sequel "peace"

Hey Greg, what ever happened with a sequel? Is it still going to happen? Did it happen and I missed it? Was just telling some folks at work today about this movie and made me think to come here and see if there was any news.

Craig made the right choice. I actually let out an audible cheer as the movie ended.

I couldn't believe they actually went with a safe word that compels us all to say 'Polo' when we hear 'Marco'...

That was the dumbest suggestion ever. They really should've gone with something that required gibberish. "What goes on a Strawberry Sundae?" and an answer that couldn't possibly be known. "Cat Litter".

I think that where ethically the clones were the opposite of their originals, it turned out that the clone girl was a nice person where as the original wasn't a nice person .

I'm glad that he chose the clone .

Good movie .

But the real Tracy didn't deserve to die or be replaced.
