Louise's Accent?

I know, it's a minor question... but does anyone recognize Louise's (the puppy trainer) accent? Sort of sounds like there might be a bit of Boston or NY Bronx mixed in with some Southern, perhaps? Any one have any idea?

Boston or NY Bronx mixed in with some Southern

Have you ever been to NYC? That accent (my home town) is way too harsh to sound as good as Louise does.
