Lawsuit

Have they resolved the lawsuit where the lady claims to have been raped by one of the parolees? Hopefully vrc can get dropped from the suit and focus on rescue again.

Thank you. I had hoped to see the rescue dropped from the suit. How are they responsible? Yet they have to pay to prove their innocence.

Thanks for posting; I had noticed he was no longer shown in the episodes and wondered if something was going on.

Why are they including 'VRC'? Because you go after 'the money', as they say. Hopefully everything will come to the light, and I will hold no opinion.

This is still going on! From VRC Facebook.

HAVING TO SELL MY LITTLE SLICE OF PARADISE :(

Unfortunately I find myself having to sell this little "country cabin/shack" that I've had for years located in Woodville, MS. Today we were informed that the pending lawsuit against myself, the rescue and Toney Converse is still moving forward, so we now have to come up with more funds.

For those of you who did not follow the story (2 years ago), it's all here in the following article(s) (http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf/2016/06/toney_converse_avoids_prosecut.html ) and despite all criminal investigations being dropped against Toney, the accuser decided to drag the non-profit dog rescue Villalobos Rescue Center into the mix. Sadly if this lawsuit continues, there may be a day when VRC has to close its doors. But for now I cannot allow the rescue to take the financial hit and I am selling things that are personally mine.

This little rustic hideaway sits on about an acre (possibly more but I will verify) surrounded by trees and very private yet....minutes away from the quaint little town of Woodville. The place obviously needs some sprucing up and I would only recommend someone who is "countryfide" living there or at least someone who is handy to make some repairs if needed.
